WHAT THIS MOD DOES:
This mod aims to provide as much information as possible when looking at descriptions throughout the entire game.
For example for skills instead of the usual vague descriptions such as "light damage" or "medium chance to inflict ailment" there are complete damage and % values, including stuff that wasn't present in the base game such as crit chance and accuracy!
Some passive skills have also been modified, such as tryant's mind that now specifies it ignores the damage boost cap.
Misleading or inaccurate traits and items such as will of the sword or star onion have also been fixed.
Skill cards now also tell you what the skill actually does in the description of the item instead of just repeating the skill name.
This mod is heavily inspired from the p4g version from rudiger that aims to do the same thing, I just decided to include more numbers because I'm a huge math nerd that loves data lol.
Huge thanks to Zjez#3323 for creating the p5r skill spreadsheet with all the relevant skill info (which you can find here!), saved me tons of work of digging through the game files to get them myself.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
You may have noticed that the skill's damage values are presented in a weird way (e.g. lunge dealing 7,74 or 77% damage, even though in the game data it says it deals 60) and that's ultimately because of how the game's damage formula works and how it interacts with multi hitting skills.
Essentially what the game does is use the square root of the original power to calculate the damage of a single hit, and while this may seem like it doesn't change much, it actually has huge implications.
Let's look at hassou tobi and god's hand for example, ht has a raw power of 40 while dealing 8 hits (so basically 320), meanwhile gh has a value of 800, you might think that gh is quite a bit stronger due to that, but in reality it's quite the opposite.
If we use the square rooted values instead we get 6,32 per hit for ht (with a total of 50,59) compared to the 28,28 of gh, thus making ht vastly stronger.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE 2 VERSIONS:
This mod is split into 2 versions, a nerd version with fully accurate damage values that is slighty uglier to look at and a more visually pleasing version that sacrifices an incredibly low amount of accuracy for the sake of prettiness. What the visually pleasing version does is putting everything in a % relation using skills with a true power of 10 (such as most medium dmg magic skills) as their base for 100% damage and making everything else scale accordingly to that, so for example with agilao dealing 100% damage and agidyne dealing 126% damage you know that agidyne is gonna deal exactly 26% more damage.
Having said all this please do enjoy the mod and if you have any kind of suggestion or fix feel free to say so in the comments, thank you.
