Fun fact: The back of the badges already have pride flags on them. This mod just makes the flags a bit more prevalent by putting it on the necktie.
This includes two versions, one with the default photos and one that has engineer's steam avatar as the photo.
I might end up making a bowtie version too, but currently I have no plans for it.
