Remember a while ago how there was a Scout Simon and i figured that i'd replace medic with the doctor from 'Cry Of Fear'
This is a fairly simple retexture, have fun!
The goggles hat appears black in the screenshots, but that's just because of how gmod is I guess, its the normal way it appears in game plus that jank ass line that took me forever to do
