How about we get to the bottom of this?
This recolor is based off Mickey Mouse from the game "Epic Mickey" (and her weapons based on Mickey's brush and The Blot). The extent of this idea was that the key's goopy mode reminded me of The Blot, so I went ahead and improvised the rest. I included separate RAR files for color slots 1-11.
Also I'm aware the smear on some moves is still green in normal mode, there's no way to have it both green and blue between modes.
This fan content falls under the umbrella of fair use, all rights for the original character and game go to Disney (please don't DMCA my mod please)
