So I finally figured it out how Eula's skill indicator cape FX works and I was able to create a custom one that actually matches her custom cape now, so enjoy!

This mod has 4K textures and it uses TexFx by SinsOfSeven, so make sure you download the latest version before using this mod!
(and yes, the TexFX mask is .png due to loss of quality in .dds format, I'm sorry to the 3 Linux gamers out there)
