This is an English translation of Gal's Dungeon: Yakyuuken Part II for the Family Computer Disk System.
This game is an unlicensed (and hentai) dungeon-crawler for the FDS. Similar to its predecessor, Moero Yakyuuken, it has janken/rock-paper-scissors battles.
If your disk image has a header, you will need to remove it before patching (file size should be exactly 131,000 bytes. If it's not, open it in a hex editor and cut the first 16 bytes.)
