God of War Collection

God of War Collection
The God of War Collection is a remastered port of God of War and God of War II for the PlayStation 3

Use the gods' might to your advantage as you set out on a ruthless mission as Kratos, a former Spartan warrior driven to kill Ares, the God of War.

With the deadly double chain blades known as the Blades of Chaos, Kratos must slay some of the darkest characters from mythology, such as Medusa, the Cyclops, the Hydra, and others, while solving challenging puzzles in magnificent settings. Nothing can stop Kratos from attaining atonement since he is driven solely by retribution. Kratos develops into the bloodiest warrior in all of Ancient Greece through time, and when he can no longer take it, he embarks on a quest to slay Ares. Finding Pandora's Box, which is hidden in a temple perched on a hill and guarded by traps, puzzles, adversaries, etc., is the only way to defeat Ares, though. The tale is revealed through a flashback that takes place three weeks before the opening movie clip and establishes the scene for the game.

Kratos, a mortal warrior, embarked on an epic journey to overthrow a god in the video game God of War. His trip, however, did not finish there. In Deity of War II, Kratos, a vicious god who was once a mortal warrior, rules from atop a throne on Mount Olympus. Kratos is a far greater menace than Ares ever was, destroying anybody who stands in his way or that of his adopted Sparta. The "Ghost of Sparta," enraged and full of power, decides to modify his fate, which neither a mortal nor a god has ever been able to do. Kratos' journey takes him to the very edge of the Earth where he must contend with mythological creatures who are all determined to stop him from achieving his objective. But he is Kratos, and his defiance is so filled with arrogance and disrespect that the name of the God of War, Kratos, still makes the ancient world shudder.

One Blu-ray disc holds both God of War and God of War II.

High definition with a 720p resolution has been remastered.
