Description:
This is a BPS patch for Illusion of Gaia which expands the ROM size and decompresses all the assets in the game. A few code patches were used to modify the map loading process to support this. The decompressed ROM takes about 3MB of space, with 1MB of free space in banks $30 - $3F.
You will notice faster screen transitions! You will also find Debugman in a few spots around the game for fast travel, as well as the sky deliveryman. This has been tested on official hardware.
This is a proof-of-concept ROM that *should* be fully playable. A person could potentially use this ROM to insert new graphics etc in a raw format, bypassing the need for a compressor.
