Make sure you have "Dynamic Character Resolution" at the very bottom of Graphic settings set to "Off" and that you have the newest version of ORFix in the "Mods" > "BufferValues" folder (create it if doesn't exist). You can find the newest ORFix file here. If mod breaks in the future you should be able to fix it using a general fixing script for your game version similar to this one.
