Kyoko over Captain Falcon
Kyoko from River City Girls joins the battle! I saw a request for this a little bit ago from thewetmoist and thought I would give it ago since I love Shantae and WayForward. Thanks to the model Boxy Mcfoggins Jr. linked to the request page and the original voice clips ripped on the sounds resource I made this mod. I think someone said they would have preferred 2D sprite animations but 1. I have no idea how to do that and 2. I don't think 2D sprites would mesh well with the rest of the cast. At any rate she goes over c07 and comes with sound and UI.
Oh and it should be WiFi safe but it is untested.
