Minor edit that adjusts Lucy's belt to be slightly lower. This is about as low as it can go without causing clipping issues.
Since it only edits the belt and nothing else it should be able to be used alongside other Lucy mods by overwriting their belt files if they have them, or simply loaded as a standalone mod alongside Lucy mods that don't include belt files.
It'll take a bit more effort to incorporate it with stuff like the Lucy edit mod but it should still be doable, just requires figuring out which files to replace, which to remove, and which parts of the ini files to edit.
