Hack of Mortal Kombat II

Improvements have been made to the graphics, music, and sound effects, stages have been retouched, and the "Botton Pit" stage has been added. Special abilities of each fighter have been corrected, the color palette has been improved, endings of each fighter are added and Goro has been made larger.
