I had a sudden thought, what if Nicole... but NEPS themed? Idea came to mind because I run Qingyi and Nicole together so what if they matched? Billy is also my dps so he's next.
I was conflicted with the carbon fiber texture on the pants. If enough people dislike it, I could upload just a plain black version. This was definitely fun but got a bit too ambitious with this, but I really want to get better at this, because I want to make a really cool Billy version. Also how do you edit weapons? I wanted to edit Nicoles suitcase.
