Now everyone gets exp!
Always gives inactive Personas a configurable amount of exp (like if they had one of the Growth passives). By default they will get the same exp as the active Persona (which is what Growth 3 does) however, you can change this to any multiplier you want from the mod's configuration in Reloaded.
Also, note that this does stack with the growth passives so if you have Personas with Growth passives they'll gain even more inactive exp.
