Analyze all foes.
Simply makes Spyglass target all foes.
Basically I quickly figured out where the changed skill was for the spyglass effect (though marked unused) from comparing the original table with the one from the Skill Rebalance mod. This mod modifies the skill data table and therefore can override or be overriden by any other mod that does so.
I'd like to give special thanks to ud1n93 for making their mod so I could make comparisons.
