• Fixed player body collision, size was changed from 10 to 30. Changed back to 10.
• Added BGM/SFX test in pre-game screen. Note some SFX samples will only work with certain BGM's loaded (you can fade it out after loading).

• Pregame menu expanded to add:
• Palette Changes
• No Ground Dots
• Disable BGM or SFX
• Fast/Slow BGM mode
• Dark Mode (No light sourcing)
• 2 player CPU+ mode
• 4 player CPU assault mode
• In-Game Pause menu to change the following:
• Ship Model
• Weapon
• Double Shot on/off
• Fire Rate
• Freeze and Explore mode (Hit the brakes after turning this on to activate)
• Step by Step mode - move the game one frame at a time with left or right when highlighting this. You can also hold left or right to continue moving through frames, and you can hold up/down and shoot while holding left or right.
• MECHA LUIGI added to New Game+ mode - he replaces Andross's core, and he has a completely new attack pattern. Good luck! (Thanks for the model, Starxxon!)
• Key combinations for ship models/weapons/double shot/freeze and explore mode have all been disabled due to the new pause menu
• More features disabled for NG+ (infinite barrel rolls, continues)
• First person view fixed for every course
• View distance is properly fixed for larger ship models
• Course 4 properly displays its name on the map (Credit: Hayao)
• Drunk mode removed, new view added as a far view (UP+SELECT)
• New title screen (Credit: Hayao)
• New weapon added: Shotgun (Spread laser)

• Many more misc bug fixes for 1 and 2 player modes!

• Pre-Game menu! Now it is very easy to activate many of the new options available, such as:
• *1x/2x/4x Model size
• *Rainbow Laser
• *Disable Enemy Fire

and no need to memorize Endurance run, Level secrets, Scored Edition or god mode code! They are on the menu as well.

• New Game+ Mode! Activate by pressing START after credits roll and THE END shows. Weapon damage reduced from 4/5 damage for laser/beam ball to 1/2 damage and nuke is reduced from 8 to 3 damage. Prof hangar's health regeneration has been slowed down to accommodate this.
• 2 Player CPU Mode! That authentic 2 player experience with a cpu as your teammate.
• Fixed sound font issues! Now enjoy the full BGM test, Boss BGM test, and endurance runs without any strange instruments and sounds happening!
• Added BGM/SFX counters to the title screen - L/R for BGM tests, A/B for SFX tests
• Added BGM titles to the title screen
• Boss BGM test improved - Descriptions of the songs played, instructions on how to proceed to next scene, additional boss bgms have been added as well! Space fanfare now also plays properly! And finally, sound FX have been disabled during the boss BGM test to allow crisp playback of the music. View changes and helper balls have also been disabled for this mode.
• Many, many misc bug fixes and improvements to both 1 and 2 player modes.
