Author submitted a cr160626 version. To be clear, this is -not- a "full restoration", and is maybe 70% completed. Changed ROM information to point at the correct ROM (USA, not Europe).

For reference, it is unclear which changes (from SNES to GBA) are deliberate, and which are mistakes. Hoopster being yellow/brown seems like a mistake, since it is red in the manual.
To change it back to red, go to these two addresses and change 21 to 23: 0×00344ED4 and 0×00344EDC
