A cool idea I had a little bit ago. This mod replaces the character icons with the Team Fortress 2 Gamerpics from the Xbox 360. I've gone and recolored each of the icons to match the team color. There is no new icon for all-class items. The different colored backgrounds of each icon might be a little bit annoying, not sure if I'll change that or not. Enjoy!
