News  A Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will air this week

The rumored Nintendo Direct was true, in a way. The upcoming event won't be the traditional style of Nintendo Direct, but will instead be a Partner Showcase, which will offer a look at the upcoming third party titles headed to the Nintendo Switch. The video will contain 25 minutes of gameplay footage and trailers, and is set to go live on February 21st, at 6am PT. I'm sure some remember of a Spanish translation patch of the third Fist of the North Star game. Well, it's now the English speakers' turn! The third Fist of the North Star NES/Famicom game now has an English translation patch available. Play as Kenshiro, the savior at the end of the century and the heir to Hokuto Shinken, and follow his story directly from the 1984 anime series from beginning to end. News  The Nintendo Switch 2 has been delayed to 2025, according to reports

The Nintendo Switch has had a dominant life as a hybrid console-handheld, enjoying success since its launch in 2017. However, late last year heard some rumblings that Nintendo was preparing to move onward to a successor to the Nintendo Switch. According to Video Games Chronicle, Eurogamer, and other insider sources, development kits for a "Switch 2" had already been sent out to third-party devs, and rumors were claiming that the system would launch sometime in 2024. News  'The Thaumaturge' launch delayed to next month

The Thaumaturge is an upcoming isometric RPG from developer Fool's Theory and publisher 11 bit studios. After an initial delay last year, the game was set to launch later this month. However, the developer and publisher have today announced that their game will launch at a later date, in March. While the game is complete, the decision to push back the release was due to February's busy launch period. The extra time will be used to further polish the game. Xbox has announced on their official social media accounts the date for their upcoming "Official Xbox Podcast", which was mentioned last week to be scheduled for this week, with rumours running rampant about Xbox's upcoming business changes. One of the most popular websites in regard to romhacks, fan translations and other kinds of pre-patched modifications to retro titles has always been CDRomance. Chances are if you were looking for a specific mod or hack for a certain title, most likely you'd find it there in an already patched form. However, as of this past weekend, the way in which CDRomance operates has changed.
