Castlevania 2 Increase Heart Drops - Hack of Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest

Description:

Increases the heart drop rates for all monsters. Almost all monsters should always drop a heart now. Great to cut down on the amount of grinding that this game requires. Should work with most other hacks. Tested with Bisqwit Castlevania II English Re-translation (+Map) hack.
