Here's a nice surprise for us! THQ Nordic has announced today that the classic 2012 game Darksiders 2 is getting a free Xbox Series X and S upgrade next month, arriving in the form of a "remastered" edition.

If you already own Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition for Xbox One, you'll get access to this new remaster via Smart Delivery, which adds 4K resolution, ray tracing, improved loading times, and enhanced lighting and shadows.
