1. Extract the folder to the pcsx2 textures folder (...\pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20454 or if you are using PAL or NTSC-J/C/K then rename the folder to - SLES-51203 - SLPS-25254 - SLKA-25032 - SLAJ-25015\replacements).
2. Settings - Graphics - Texture Replacement Tab: Load Texture: On | Async Texture Loading: On
