As midnight passes in your local time zone you'll find a new set of Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges is available, with five new events to tackle over the next seven days.

It's a pretty profitable week, with some relatively high-value races lining up — including a Special Event, created just for this week's races (although we do still hope these events will appear as Bonus Menu Books at some point) — as well as the bonus credit rewards on offer for completing the challenges.

The lowest-value race this week is also the shortest, with a Japanese Clubman Cup 550 race at Fuji International Speedway. That's not a Performance Point (PP) limit either, just a suggested 550PP value for a close race over the three laps. You can use any Road Car or Professionally Tuned Car from Japan for the race, with a 20,000cr prize for victory.

Dirt racing also makes an appearance this week. There's a four-lap race at Sardegna Windmills in the World Rally Challenge, which requires Dirt Tires. You're also restricted to a hard, 700PP cap for the five-lap race, which is worth 65,000cr for taking first place.

Vision Gran Turismo cars star in the third race, which is a seven-lap sprint around the reverse version of Deep Forest. You'll need, obviously, a VGT car for the race but only those within an 850PP limit are eligible; we'd recommend the Mazda LM55 for an easy 81,000cr! If you find that the race isn't accessible, you'll need to at least start Bonus Menu Book 41: Vision Gran Turismo Trophy.

The Special Event is the next most lucrative, with a 90,000cr winner's prize for the four-lap race around the Counterclockwise course at Tokyo Expressway South — the one that includes the container section. You'll need a Lamborghini Urus for this race, and you can use a car in any state of tune.

That just leaves the World Touring Car 700 race at Dragon Trail Gardens Reverse. It's a ten-lap race, and you can use any car within a 700PP cap and on Racing Tires. There's some high tire wear and fuel consumption multipliers, so take care to look after both if you want the 115,000cr for victory.

It's a return to purely monetary rewards this week, as completing one event earns you a 100,000cr ticket, finishing three gifts a 200,000cr ticket, and completing all five lands you a 500,000cr ticket. These are tickets that need redeeming from your garage and not straight credit rewards, and they have a relatively short expiry date so don't forget and miss out.

You'll need to have completed GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie in order to have access to the Weekly Challenges. The events update at midnight local time on Thursday evenings/Friday mornings, so we'd expect the next set on the morning of Friday June 28.
