Sony said last week that pre-orders for the PS5 Pro were slightly stronger than the PS4 Pro, and it reiterated that it doesn't expect the device to be its main hardware seller. The PS4 Pro accounted for approximately 15% of all PS4 sales, so it'll be very satisfied with a similar result here.
It looks like, despite all the talk of stock availability and scalpers losing money, everything's going to plan, then.
