It's really rare we get grounded settings in games. No seriously, think about – most games are set in fantasy worlds or space. There are exceptions, of course: Hitman is one of this author's favourites for its virtual tourism, and series like GTA offer relatively familiar sandboxes – even if they are cartoonish and larger-than-life.

Life Is Strange has its fair share of supernatural elements, but locations like Arcadia Bay have always felt real, which is a big part of the franchise's appeal. We're pretty excited to explore Caledon University in the upcoming Double Exposure, then – a sprawling campus that's practically guaranteed to serve as a hotspot for hipsters.

In addition to academic institutions like the Fine Art Building and Observatory, you'll also be able to visit some of the nearby social hubs, like a coffee shop and bar. We've always considered the backdrops a big part of the character of the Life Is Strange games, and it looks like the team at Deck Nine has nailed this aspect yet again.
