TAD Delivery Tool (TDT) is a fork of NTM/TMFH that allows you to install TADs on any DSi.
TADs are just renamed Wii WADs that are created by the TwlSDK. Most DSiWare prototypes and dev apps are in this format. You normally can't install TADs on retail consoles because they are dev signed and encrypted, so official tools like TwlNmenu and TWL EVA will fail.
TDT has everything needed to decrypt any TAD regardless of the target console.
