For the 30th anniversary of the original game's release, DKC Mirrored gets a full complete release. Experience the entire game again … but with a twist! All levels and tilemaps, sprite positions etc. have been flipped horizontally. You still move from left to right, but this time around from the exit to the entrance. Fun times ahead! Or… behind.
The hack was originally done by Raccoon Sam (vervalkon) in 2017 in a somewhat incomplete state, but RainbowSprinklez picked it up again in 2024 and through the power of teamwork ironed out the kinks and was able to fix most of the bugs for the 30th anniversary.
