This hack restores Poison and Roxy as enemies, as well the blood effects from the Japanese version.
UPDATE 1.1 aka Rev2 contains:

• (FFJ, FFU)
• The missing crowd at Round 3 was restored.
• (FFU, FFE, FFG)
• Recoloring of black enemies Dug, Simmons and Slash.
• Original names and objects were restored (Damnd, Sodom, Whiskey, Beer).
• Original backgrounds were restored.
• Belger's original portrait and wheelchair were restored...
