It's called Once Human, and it was released on Steam earlier this month. It's also free-to-play so you can hop into it right now with nothing to stop you.
As the game's description would tell you, it's an MMORPG you can either play alone or with friends, that'll throw you into a vast, cruel and unforgiving world.
Like most RPGs you'll have to scavenge for materials to craft tools, weapons, and even vehicles to traverse the open-world environments with, a bit like Ark: Survival Ascended but slightly more grounded, no dinosaurs this time around.
While fighting its many monsters you'll also have to keep track of your sanity, as the new world is a horrifying place that'll make even the most stoic of characters go mad, adding an extra hazard to keep an eye on during your survival escapades.
There's a lot of depth here, and you could easily squeeze hours and hours of content out of it, especially when you get into the customization and base building, which again you can do alone or with allies.
The humans aren't always your friends though, like games such as Rust other players could very easily be your downfall, so it's important to learn who you can trust and who to steer clear of so you can keep all of your loot.
Then again, perhaps it'd be in your best interest to find some of the biggest player-owned bases on the map and raid them for their goodies, if you can find your way inside that is…
Again Once Human is free for all new users, so you can check the game out anytime you want and if it's not your cup of tea, there's no harm done.
