Subscription services such as PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass are great ways to save money with each offering a plethora of video games for a monthly fee that is less than a fully priced AAA video game.
The same can be said for free-to-play games such as Fortnite, Rocket League, Fall Guys and Call of Duty: Warzone to name a few, all of which can be enjoyed without spending a penny in-game.
When we can claim a free video game without having to subscribe to a service, it's a welcomed bonus and the game that is the topic of today's article is the indie title, Wanba Warriors, developed and published by Wanba Studio.
"Have you got what it takes to be a Wanba Warrior? Step into the absurd world of calligraphy combat and prepare to lay the smackdown upon all who dare to oppose you, dishing out damage with your chosen ink brush of brutality! highly recommend playing with controllers," reads the description of the game on Steam.
Typically, Wanba Warriors would cost you a very modest £4.29 on the PC platform Steam, and there is also a free playable demo to download, which is great. However, if you act fast, you can download the full game to keep forever via Fanatical.
That being said, you only have until Friday, 2 August 2024 to claim Wanba Warriors for free. After that, it will presumably go back to full price.
So if you don't want to miss out on this game that has a "Very Positive" rating on Steam, what are you waiting for? Go and claim your freebie before it's too late.
