Steam isn't short of adorable indie games, in fact it has a surplus of them when you go through the full list.
The one we're talking about today is a chilled-out survival game that combines the visually stunning art style of The Legend Of Zelda, with the relaxed, farm-sim gameplay of Stardew Valley. It's called Cozy Crest, and it's free-to-play right now through a short demo.
The game's description reads: "Cozy Crest is a cozy open world adventure game for one to four players. Master the elemental powers; Water, Earth, Fire, Air and explore a vast world abundant with magic. Make new friends and find love. Cultivate your farm, build up your land and shape a community that evolves with every action!"
Like we said earlier, it has major Legend Of Zelda vibes, especially with the open world exploration, but enough jobs to keep you busy that keep things reminiscent of Stardew Valley.
If any of that sounds interesting to you, you'll be happy to know there's a free demo currently available on Cozy Crest's Steam page, which should give you a taste of what to expect from the full game when it releases.
Now as far as a release date goes, Cozy Crest is supposed to release on Steam sometime this year, though an exact date hasn't been given at the time of writing.
Fear not though, if you liked what you played in the demo, you probably won't have too long to wait before you can experience the full thing.
So if you fancy adding another relaxing game to your library, consider Cozy Crest, though if it doesn't look like your cup of tea keep an eye out as there are plenty more where that came from.
