ROM Hack A brand new fresh Rockman 2 hack is released, as well as Version 1.1

Rockman 2 - Back to Basics have finally been completed and ready to be released to the public. Expect new robot masters, new weapons, musics, modified enemies, gimmicks and themes, new and twisted bosses with original ideas along the way, quality-life adjustments over the base Rockman 2 game, and much more to the mix.

Version 1.1 is also released, which brings up various nerfs, adjustments, bugfixes and changes based on various feedbacks. Please read the romhack description for more details.
